Thank you to everyone who came to the EXHALE book signing Saturday!

I’m still taking in the incredible amount of love and support that filled the room.

Seeing so many friends, familiar faces and new faces there to celebrate this book with me meant more than I can say.

Thank you for being part of sending it on its way. I’m so excited to see where it travels, whose hands it finds and what moments of peace it may bring along the way.
