Shake the bugs off

Good Morning!

A calm and serene morning unfolded along the shoreline today. The sun slipped up between the clouds, casting soft golden light across the ocean.

The flock was extra chatty and frisky before getting serious about their daily bathtime — splashing, dunking and shaking off the little bugs that had hitched a ride.

Pelican Highway floated by southbound while a couple quietly paddled through the morning.

The flock brings us a simple message today, “Sometimes we just need to shake off what’s been bugging us, clear the feathers and begin again with our wing and hearts open.”
