Equinox…allow both the light and the shadow
Ahhhhh, what a beautiful morning! The cloud game was especially fun today, with shapes everywhere inviting the imagination to go wild.
Mother Nature seemed to know it was the Equinox, giving us a beautiful balance of light and shadow — mirroring the planet’s own moment of balance between day and night.
After sunrise, what looked like an immature, Red-shouldered Hawk perched on a roof, keeping watch for breakfast and bringing us a bird’s-eye message: “Sometimes when we rise above our situation, getting a glimpse of the whole picture, we can see more which might make the next step a little clearer.”
On this Equinox, the birds remind us to find the higher perspective, stay grounded, travel a little lighter, and allow both the light and the shadows to belong.
