Release the past

Good Morning!

WOW! The clouds looked like a beautiful city rising along the horizon this morning. Such a perfect day to let your imagination play the cloud game.

Waves rolled toward shore, soaking up the golden sunlight, while the flock headed into the shallows to get squeaky clean.

One gull had a feather sticking out and said, “When my feathers are loose, I know it’s time to let them go. Of course, I had to check this one out after I pulled it — it carried a little piece of my journey with it.”

The rest of the flock enjoyed bath time too, showing off just how beautiful self-care can look. “Look at the ripples our bath makes. You never know who your self-care might inspire. Our ripples travel farther than we know.”
