Receive what arrives

Good Morning! At first light, the color was a sweet lavender, slowly moving through shades of pink before eventually landing on gold as the sun rose and filled the sky with warmth.

The wind was strong again today, bringing us a fall-like sunrise. It’s the time of year when osprey return, flowing above the shoreline like planes circling an airport.

One of the female osprey scored breakfast and landed nearby, taking a moment to enjoy it. She said, “Stand tall, trust that what you need will come. Stay focused, receive what arrives, and enjoy time nourishing yourself.”
