Invite your shadow side in

Good Morning!

Mother Nature treated us to a beautiful show of streaming golden light this morning! The breeze was refreshing, the ocean was lively, and the flock was busy enjoying the sunrise.

After sunrise, I spotted a female osprey gathering nesting material, her shadow right there beside her.

She said, “See my shadow beside me? It's a reminder that when we let the light in and embrace our shadow side, even those parts of ourselves can help us build something strong and beautiful. I highly recommend giving yourself a little grace and a soft place to land.”
