Good Morning, friends!
The morning air was wrapped in a layer of wet, salty fog. The flock was already gathered at the water’s edge when I arrived, ready to connect and watch the sunrise. As the sun rose, a golden glow enveloped the scene, bringing warmth to the shore.
High in the sky, an osprey couple floated in the thermals near the moon, while after sunrise, a dove couple cuddled close and said, “Just a moment of connection can calm the nervous system, giving the body a chance to feel safe and calm. We highly recommend it!”
