Courage to be authentic

The full moon was bright and huge as it made its way down, setting for the day. Cool temperatures brought a hint of fall, accompanied by the churning ocean. The energy felt invigorating.

The flock flew in ready for bath time, even though the ocean current was powerful. They said, “Nothing stops us from our self-care time — especially when there is a full moon assisting us in letting go of the old.”

A bird couple duked it out over their front-row pole. They said, “This full moon reminds us to look at where we might be holding back from stepping into our authentic selves.”
