A little rest goes a long way
WOWIE! The sky was filled with every color of the rainbow giving us a masterful sunrise. The wet sand reflected the masterpiece mirror back the heart expanding beauty.
The chatty flock was present to watch the every changing landscape unfold. We enjoyed bath time in the calm, lake like ocean.
Pelican Highway had a rest stop near by bringing us the message to know when to rest. They said, "Just a little time out can help you take flight, leaning in fully when the moment arrives.”
Wishing you a beautiful day friends!
Dolphin says hello!

Gratitude helps us heal and thrive
Oh what a wonderful sunrise with lovely pastel colors and heart opening reflections on the wet sand. Mother Nature use d her wispy paint brush to give us a sweet start to the day.
The birds and people bring us the message of keeping you wings and hearts open to receiving.
A laughing gull getting squeaky clean said, “Daily bath time helps me get the bugs off so I can stay healthy and open to living my best life.”
A woman with her arms open to the sunrise reminds us to open to the love and beauty. Remembering gratitude helps us heal and thrive.
Wishing you a beautiful day friends!

Tales from the Lagoon ~ Episode - Female Dolphin Charges the Camera
This is Momma Sarabi, I've known her a couple years and she loves to give me photo ops. While standing in the shallow water she was coming at me fast chasing mullet. The spot they usually go is to the left but she was being playing to the camera. This was taken with my iPhone.

Easy Like Sunday Morning
Mother Nature brought us another calming sunrise with a lovely springtime color show. Soft pink and blues showed up at first light slowly changing to a golden glow as the clouds teed up the sun like a golf ball.
The chatty flock was already at the edge of the ocean when I arrived. Pelican Highway traffic was light heading in both direction while dolphins searched from breakfast on the horizon.
After sunrise, the lagoon was very active with a couple manatees, a dolphin pair and pelicans. A manatee came over to say good morning and bring us the message of taking it nice and easy. He said, “Take time to feel your emotions so you can let them go. Letting go of the old will make room for the new that you truly desire.”
Wishing you an easy like Sunday morning kind of day!

See the whole picture
Ahhhh, it was a soft and sweet morning with a gentle, salty breeze and calm ocean. A chatty flock flew in at their usual time for bath time while dolphins cruised near the waves looking for breakfast.
When the sun came up, I saw shapes of people walking across the horizon bringing us the message of support. They remind us help is all around, even if we can’t see it.
At first light I ran into a raccoon family who were quite chatty. One stopped to say, “I am very clever and able to adapt to the ever changing landscape. I am here to remind you to be flexible. See the whole picture, not just what you hope or want and that will open all kinds of doors for you."
Wishing you a beautiful day feeling supported!

Finding safety helps manifest
The full moon was setting over the river as the sun prepared to come up for the day. When I reached the edge of the ocean, the chatty flock showed up with their wings open, ready to start the day.
Perfect waves rolled toward shore soaking up the beautiful color show. As the sun came up, it filled the sky with a stunning red and golden glow.
After sunrise, while standing in the river watching a solo dolphin, a turtle sauntered up to grab a snack next to me.
She said, “I have a couple messages today. I am here to remind you to trust in the pace of life. As a turtle I know when to kick it and when to glide with ease. Not to worry, what is meant for you will never pass you by.”
“If the energy of the moon feels intense, I recommend finding safety within yourself or a safe place or person to hang with. You see, feeling safe makes all the difference in manifesting your heart’s desires.”
Wishing you a beautiful day friends!

Full moon reignites a spark in you
The full moon was setting about 30 minutes before the sunrise casting a glow onto the boat wake on the river. This full moon is situated in the sky bringing us the energy of optimism.
The man in the moon said, “Be open to reigniting a spark within. Let the power of the moon fill you with confidence preparing you for new opportunities.”
When the sun came up big and bright ready to start the day, the chatty flock gather around to celebrate. They were feeling quite festive as they soaked up the light of the sun. They said, “We are here to remind you to dive into nature to find balance. Let the natural world of the outdoors calm your sense and fill you peace.”
Wishing you a beautiful day friends!

Higher persecutive gives clarity
Mother Nature brought us more of a winter feeling sunrise with clouds on the horizon, a churning ocean and wind. The flock flew in diving into the sun with happy feet.
When the sun came up, casting its light onto the ocean, giving us a sparkly sunrise. In the quiet moment as the sun came up with the powerful ocean churning, the energy of a fresh new day felt full of promise.
The seacoast looked extra beautiful today as they leaned into each other reminding us of the power of 2. As we lean in, together we can stand longer.
As I was taking in the seacoast a hawk flew overhead! The hawk said, “I am here to encourage getting the bird’s eye view of your situation. Getting the higher perspective can help you see the obstacles with clarity. Let the distractions fall away, stay focused and you can soar even higher.”
Wishing you a beautiful day friends!

Tales from the Lagoon ~ Episode - Pelican Steals a Fish from A Dolphin
Tales from the Lagoon ~ Episode - Pelican Steals a Fish from A Dolphin
Today I got spend quality time with a female dolphin I call Momma Split Fin. I called her last calf P, Making them Split and P. The last photo is from 2022 with Split on a calf.
Just in the last year she started engaging and playing to the camera. Today, she had 5 pelicans riding her tushy all day trying to scoop up fish. As she swam into the shallows she would swim close by with the birds in tow, maybe she was hoping I would distract them.
One of the pelicans got really lucky when he got in front of Momma Split and scopped up a massive fish. Momma Split wasn’t very happy, coming up from under the pelican with a pretty stern BOOP! The pelican flew over closer to me as if I could help. Momma came and circled a few times before letting to go.
After a couple hours, what looked like her calf and another older dolphin came in and the three of them left the lagoon. Great quality time for sure!
I have video of the action that I’ll share soon,
Click the last one to see a video of the action.
Stay tuned for more tales!

Let loose, Sing and dance like no-one is watching
Fluffy clouds hovered over the ocean like the Macy’s Day Parade, giving us a great morning to play the cloud game. What shapes do you see int he clouds?
Heart opening rays of light jetted from behind the clouds giving us a hopeful vibe. When the sun came up, it funneled golden rays into the vast blue sky. A moment in time when Mother Nature captured the essence of beauty, tranquility and power.
The flock of laughing gulls were fired up this morning using the wind to hang in place before the daily self care time. They bring us the message of singing and dancing as if no-one is looking. They said, “Go ahead let loose, let yourself be free to throw your head back and belt out your favorite song or get your groove on with your fancy feet.”
Wishing you a magical day friends!

2 male dolphins who I know well are chasing mullet in the shallows. The flock of pelicans split in two when one dolphin goes to the right and the other to the left. The dolphin on the left comes right to the camera for a photo op. He was a little too close to get a great photo. Lucky for me he did this a few times!

PS~. My apology, I have been away for a couple days supporting a podmate. I’ll be back at sunrise tomorrow if no rain.
Your sensitivity is your GPS
Mother Nature used the swirl paintbrush creating a Monet looking sky at first light. Clouds soaked up the soft pastel colors giving us a sweet vibe start to the day.
A very chatty flock flew in ready for a quick bath while a stingray hung out on the sandbar. The stingray continues the message we have already had this week, adaptability. She said, “I know when to hunker down and camouflage myself and when to glide along with ease. I use my sensitivity to know what to do next.”
A pod of dolphin were swimming fast southbound, stopping to snuggle and pop up while on the move. They remind us to play even when we have somewhere to go. They said,”Sure we have fish to catch and places to go, but that doesn’t mean we can’t have a little fun on the way.”
Wishing you a playful day friends!
Let your ducks fly with freedom
Mother Nature bought us a calming start to the day. With a hazy and cloudy sunrise the vibe was sultry and soothing. A calm ocean looked more like a lake. The sun came up a pink ball but quickly disappeared behind the cloud wall, emerging from the top transformed into a golden ball of warm light.
As the flock was getting squeaky clean a duck couple came to join in. They waddled down from the sea oats to enjoy surfing the little waves in the shallows.
They said, “We are a continuation of the frog message from yesterday. We are here to remind being adaptable and flexible. You see, we know we can swim in the pools or the ocean, take a walk on the beach or fly to the nearest pond.No need to contain your ducks by keeping them in a row. Surf those waves, follow your heart and let your ducks fly with freedom.”
Wishing you a ducky sunrise
Timing and opportunity in transition
Mother Nature brought us another sweet Springtime sunrise with soft pink and blues that morphed into a golden glow. The ocean was more like a lake with perfect waves rolling in close to shore.
As the waves crested they remind us about timing. They said, “We bring the message of trusting in the timing. We have natural rhythms and cycles, we encourage tuning in to the waves of life so you can get the most out of the momentum we bring.”
The sun came up bringing heat and a golden glow glistening on the wet sand. Ahhhh, the reflection on the wet sand was gorgeous.
With 2 days of rain, the frog choir was quite boisterous. One frog crossing the road stopped to say, “I’m here as a symbol of change, healing and adaptability. Most importantly I want you to know there is opportunity in transition. I highly recommend being flexible remaining open minded to all aspects of the journey as you keep hopping forward.”
Wishing you a hopping good day!

Tales from the Lagoon ~ Episode - Record Setting Mullet Fly
In this series M the dolphin tossing a mullet really hit into the air! I’m not sure but it looks like it might be a record for the highest tossed mullet in the lagoon! Click through the photos to what happens to the mullet.
M hangs out with his bestie Charley. They are playful and funny and amazing athletes.
They enjoy playing with the pelicans by giving them bumps from underneath or tossing a fish in a group and watching the chaos unfold.
They seem to really like swimming up to the camera, posing and playing ring around the camera person. The two besties are often seen hugging each other when not on the hunt for fish.

The power of breath
Good Morning! With a storm rolling through, a wall of dark gray was in place of the sunrise giving us a day of rest. I thought I would share sunset dolphin photos. They remind us of the power of breath and friendship.

Be resourceful to increase success
Ahhhhhh, with low tide, the wet sand brought us a heart opening, expansive sunrise to start the day. The pastel colors were soft and soothing adding to the peaceful vibe.
A chatty flock of laughing gulls flew in along with a few ruddy turnstones and a solo egret to enjoy breakfast and bath time.
When the sun came up, it brought a golden glow illuminating the waves as they rolled toward shore.
Several dolphins came into the lagoon for breakfast along with a couple of pelicans. Two pelicans grabbing breakfast bring the message of being resourceful.
They said, “Sure we can get fish on our own, but when we follow the dolphins or each other, the odds of catching a fish increase. We highly recommend finding creative ways to work together to increase your chances of success.”

Honoring All the moms, including Mother Earth And Mother Ocean
Ahhhhh, with a strong breeze the gulls flew in and hung in place while taking in the sunrise. The sun was big and beautiful coming up from behind a thin cloud. As it ascended, it cast a golden hue across the vast ocean.
Sparkles of light seemed to dance on the water's surface, a magical display, as if the ocean itself was alive with shimmering energy.
As the gulls dove into the sun they said, “We are here to celebrate all the mothers, including Mother Earth and Mother Ocean. Join us in a moment of gratitude for our life giving Mothers.
Thank you, Mother Ocean, for your ceaseless rhythms, the ebb and flow of your tides teach us so much. Thank you, Mother Earth, for your bountiful gifts and the opportunity to coexist harmoniously within your vast embrace.
May we honor and care for them with the same tenderness and respect that we hold for our own mothers, recognizing the interconnectedness of all life and our responsibility to protect and nurture our planet and its oceans for generations to come
