Trust yourself, take a chance

Ahhhhh, Mother Nature brought us a spring time sunrise with a light breeze, calm ocean and pastel skies. A surprisingly large and chatty flock of gulls flew in to enjoy the sunrise at their usual time.

The bright full moon was setting as the sun came up to greet the day. This moon is situated in the sky to bring us the energy of prosperity, love and luck.

The moon said, “Use my energy! Now is the time to trust yourself and go for what your heart desires. I am assisting you by bringing you courage to let go of doubt and take a chance.”

Pelican Highway was jamming in both directions, slamming on the brakes to stop for snacks often. The gulls joined the pelicans for the breakfast buffet.

They added to the moon by saying, “Yes, take a chance and go for what you want. Sure we want fish and catching one is great, but we know preparing and diving is half the fun! Not to worry if you don’t catch a fish, you can dive again.”

Wishing you a beautiful day friends!

Tales from the Lagoon ~ Episode ~ Safe Haven Snuggle Fest

Tales from the Lagoon ~ Episode ~ Safe Haven Snuggle Fest

Yesterday while hanging out with 2 male dolphins I saw several manatees out in the channel being frisky. I said to the dolphins, “Let me know if you see any sharks I’m walking out there.”

I was out to my shoulders watching the splash and kiss fest when the manatees took a sharp right run and heading toward my direction really fast. The female was leading the way as she zipped past me and right to the beach. She was definitely tired and needed a time out.

She laid on the beach in the mangroves very still for about 45 minutes. The males would come over, give her a smooch but she just wanted to rest. The y took the hint and swam off to snuggle and kiss with other manatees.

As the tide came in she floated into the shallows, still wanting her alone time. For 5 hours, when the boys came to give her a hug, she gave a big kick, saying no thank you, and then swam over to me. The boys gave her space and let her relax. I stayed until I knew she was rested and the boys were calmer. Truly an honor to be included.

Loosen your grip to feel steady

Mother Nature brought us a sweet and cozy kind of sunrise. Rain and lightning came from the fluffy clouds on the horizon. The ocean was churning sending salty spray in the air.

Soft colors filled the sky adding to the easy going feeling of the morning. A chatty flock of gulls flew in later than usual ready for bath time.

After sunrise I ran into a tricolored heron who was grabbing breakfast. While gripping a dock line loosely he said, “My secret to success is holding on lightly, I know it seems strange to loosen your grip but the truth is the lighter your grip the stronger your are.”

“Then I lean in so I am ready to strike when the moment arrives. Patience is necessary because I might be waiting a while for a fish to swim by. Trust me it is worth the wait.”

Adjust on the fly

The morning started with beautiful clouds accompanied by a pink and blue sky. As the sun came up, the orange and golden glow filled the sky adding to the beauty.

A soft and salty breeze was blowing as the ocean churned. The very chatty flock of gulls flew in using the wind to hang in place.

After sunrise I ran into dragonfly with a message of profound transformation. She said, “I go through a lot of change in my life cycle. I’m here to remind you to embrace change, for it’s an opportunity for growth. By letting go you are making room of the new.”

“I have the ability to dart back and forth encouraging you to be adaptable and flexible. When challenges arise, be open to making adjustments on the fly so you can navigate the uncertainty with grace.”

Tales from the Lagoon~ Episode - Boys Flying!

Tales from the Lagoon~ Episode - Boys Flying!

After sunrise, a couple male dolphins, came in for snacks. Apollo was one of them, I haven't seen him in long while so it was great to reconnect. I met him April of 2019 so this was a real treat to see him.

I haven't seen the dolphins out of the water this much in one day in a long time! So fun. They were all about the chasing fish with a rest but mostly all about the fish.

Stay tuned for more tales!

Shake it off

With storms looming again before the sun came up the sky filled with a gorgeous pink glow. The thick layer of clouds kept the light low and cozy.

As the fluffy clouds soaked up the lovely pastel colors, the flock of gulls flew in to say good morning.

While hanging with the flock an egret stopped in to join the party. He walked in front of the sun and gave himself a really good shake. You know, the kind of shake that sends all the dirt and bugs flying.

He said, “The combination of sunlight and a good shake is the perfect recipe to let the stress go and get you ready for a new day. Join me in letting the dirt go so you can feel fabulous.”

Stay open after loosing your feathers

Inhale, Exhale, Repeat.

A gorgeous pretty in pink sunrise with a light breeze and calm ocean gave us a serene start to the day. A soft haze added to the cozy vibe.

The huge sun came up bringing with it warmth and an amber glow dancing across the ocean and filing the sky.

Perfect waves catching the light as they rolled toward shore called to the surfers and Pelican Highway to come have a ride.
A chatty flock of gulls flew in as the sun was coming up.

A solo bird missing a few tail feathers slowly lifted uphill the flock watched. She said, “Sure it can be challenging to lift up without all your feathers. I’m here to remind you, more feathers will come, stay open, leading the way. You got this.”

Teamwork and cooperation for success

WOW! Mother Nature brought us a mesmerizing display of colors! Pastels mixed with intense orange and gold filled the sky along with graceful wispy clouds creating a dreamlike start to the day.

The flock of gulls flew in hot and chatty. We enjoyed some much needed bath time in the warm water.

When the sun came up like a huge ball in the sky, giving the ocean an opportunity to soak up the sparkly light.

After sunrise A dolphin and pelican were grabbing snacks. The dolphin reminds us about community and play.

He said, “Dolphins bring the message of humor and play but also of cooperation and teamwork. We recommend working with others to reach your goal, the power of a pod can help everyone be successful.”

Play and healthy snacks to shift your mood

The sun is back along with clear skies. The temperature was surprisingly chilly with a brisk breeze. The flock of gulls showed up just as the sun was coming up. We hit the water for bath time because the water was water than the air.

The color show started off a sweet pretty in pink shifting to a golden glow once the sun was up. Ahhhhh so nice to feel the warmth of the sun on my skin.

After sunrise a couple dolphins and pelicans came in for a sunrise sushi party. The water was a bit rough with the cool wind but that didn’t stop them from enjoying a fun filled breakfast.

They said, “Play and healthy snacks are a great way to boost your mood and immune system. We just ask if you are playing in nature that you only leave your footprints.”

See life through the eyes of a toddler

Mother Nature used all the crayons in the box today giving us a unique pastel color show. At first light, an intense orange and gold color created an ethereal glow around the fluffy clouds on the horizon.

A light drizzle felt more like a mist as the wind carried the drops down the beach. The delicate clouds soaked up the colors giving us a breathtaking and soothing start to the day.

A couple dolphins were in the lagoon after sunrise. A baby popped up saying, “See life through the eyes of a little one to create a shift. The wonder and awe of a toddler can help you feel lighter and shift to joy.”

Pip sees his first drone

This was the day Pip saw his first drone. He was a bit nervous when he saw the drone and started shaking. Even though he was nervous, he was curious about the strange looking bird he had never seen before. We had a nice walk and talked about it until he relaxed.

Find pearls in the mud

The wind was whipping and a little chilly as I walked to the beach. Mother Nature brought us another day with huge fluffy storm clouds. Rain was all around, adding to the beauty of the morning.

The sun stayed hidden by the clouds making the vibe extra cozy. Waves rolled toward shore catching the soft light.

The flock of gulls flew in fast, slamming on the brakes as they approached. It’s amazing to see them stop on a dime by dropping those little feet.

They said, "Like the well known line from Star Trek, Resistance is futile. We are here to encourage using the elements in your awareness."

After sunrise I ran into an Ibis who said, “You see, I use my curved beak to dig deep grabbing snacks. I bring the message of finding the pearls in muddy situations."

"Stay focused even when circumstances are cloudy and confusing, keep probing, you will reach your goal.”

Tales from the Lagoon ~ Episode - Momma Jade, Pip and Introducing Reggie

Tales from the Lagoon ~ Episode - Momma Jade, Pip and Introducing Reggie

Momma Jade was having a blast grabbing snacks with several pelicans sticking to her like glue. They know she is a good fisher girl and the possibility of mullet is greater when she is around.

On this day, I had the great pleasure of hanging out with a new dolphin who has ridges on his dorsal fin so I am calling Reggie.

He was coming close and swimming circles around me which felt a lot like he was Human Whispering me. He did this for several hours leaving me feeling pretty blissed out by the time I got out of the water.

And to top it off Pip was there having a bath and hanging out for about an hour. What a wonderful day!

Love and hope is all around

With rain all around and lightning in the huge thunder clouds on the horizon, Mother Nature brought us a dramatic start to the day. The breeze was soft with a hint of salt, while the ocean churned and smell of rain filled the air.

It was a great day for the cloud game, what do you see?

The flock of gulls flew in but skipped bath time choosing to stand around and squawk. A couple pelicans were flying low looking for breakfast.

After sunrise I ran into Ozzie a pigeon who lives in a boat house with his honey, Harriett. He was looking very handsome today showing off his lovely colors. He said, “Pigeons are known for our resilience and devotion. And we are symbol of love and hope.”

“I’m here to remind you even when life seems a bit stormy like the clouds and rain today, to keep the faith. We are a reminder to look for love and hope, it is everywhere when you tune in.”

Rainy Day Dolphin and Flying Rays

A post from yesterday, My apologies for the delay …. I posted a few dolphins at sunrise yesterday and a Tales fromt he Lagoon.

Tales from the Lagoon ~ Episode- An Action Packed 10 Minutes!

In between rain bands, I ran out to the lagoon to look for Pip and the dolphins. I didn’t see Pip but there was a solo dolphin and a couple pelicans. I had 10 minutes before the rain started again and so much happened.

I was in close to the mangroves when the dolphin grabbed a fish. He was accompanied by 3 pelicans.

A few minutes later, one of the pelicans flew to the middle of the boat channel for fish. As I was thinking how smart they are to know where the fish are a ray came flying out of the water with what looked like a redfish near the end of his barb.

After he flopped down he came flying out even higher! What a leap! He got some serious height!

I was bummed he was so far away but was such an amazing experience I had to share.

Stay tuned for more tales!

Celebrate, Dancing and Gratitude create a shift

As I walked to the beach the soft breeze on my skin felt soothing. I could see huge fluffy clouds in the sky and knew it was going to be a dramatic sunrise

The colors and reflections didn't disappoint, bringing us a dreamy vibe. The clouds, with their fluffy appearance, added a touch of softness and texture to the sky.

The chatty flock of gulls flew in extra chatty and fun. They were flying upward with their wings and hearts open soaking up the beautiful light. One looked like she was not just walking on sunshine but dancing.

They bring the message of celebration and gratitude. They said, “Celebration, dancing and gratitude are a great ways to shift your mood. We are grateful for the warm sunshine, fish and each other.”

Think outside the box

At first light, gentle pastel hues began to color the sky. Soft, fluffy clouds filled the sky horizon with the warm color show. A refreshing breeze was blowing allowing the approaching flock to hover in place.

The churning ocean called to the surfers to come play. Pelican Highway was jamming, stopping often for snacks. A few gulls joined the highway at a rest stop also looking for breakfast.

The pelican and gull grabbing breakfast bring us the message of thinking outside the box. They said, “To thrive, we have to be creative, take risks and work together. We highly recommend using your imagination and intuition to manifest what your heart desires.”

The combination of the birds, dramatic sunrise and salty breeze brought us a delightful way to start the day.
