Resting deeper into the moment
With a Florida chill in the air, the morning was crisp. It was most definitely a seagull sunrise, with the flock flying in early to hang and enjoy the sunrise together. They agreed with me that the water was warmer than the air so we flocked to the water for extended bath time to keep warm.
Willy the Willet stopped by to dig up tiny crabs for breakfast. He said, “I recommend resting deeper into the moment by closing your eyes, and feeling all the sensations of the moment. By being deeper to the moment you strengthen your connection to yourself and the environment. And I look beautiful don’t you think?”
The seagulls agreed with Willy, “We agree, slowing it down to enjoy the moment makes life feel sweet and savory. We recommend spreading your wings, and lifting off with open hearts.”
Wishing you a beautiful heart centered day friends!

Look for messages in the ordinary
Mother Nature gave us an ever changing sunrise from moody blues, to fifty shades of gray with pretty in pink finally to streaming rays of golden sunlight topped off with rain. The head clouds kept the light low and intimate feeling.
The wind was blowing the tops of the waves sending the salty spray into the air creating what what I call Florida Snow. The waves were perfectly formed as they sent out their call to the surfers.
I saw my first hawk of the winter season grabbing breakfast in the sea oats. The hawk brings the message of looking at life from a higher perspective. She said, “I remind you to use the power of focus to stay the course, especially when the wind, waves and current of life is a powerful distraction.”
“I’m am often associated with message from Spirit, asking you to be open to hearing messages. I encourage looking for messages and meaning in the ordinary, they can help guide you with navigating your next steps.”
Wishing you a day filled with extraordinary beauty!
Your Gut is Your superpower
The sunrise was very different from yesterday. The pre sunrise was almost black and white with just the slightest pink hue shimmering on the wet sand. Fluffy cotton ball clouds filled the sky and were reflected back courtesy of low tide.
On the way to the beach I saw 2 snails kissing! This was a first for me, have you ever seen snails kiss? It was still dark so I snapped the lovers with my iPhone. While photographing the sunrise, a woman helped a small starfish who waved up on the beach, return to the ocean. The starfish and the kissing snails bring us a powerful message today.
The starfish and snail are both very sensitive, they use their senses to guide them moving forward, asking us to utilize all our senses and intuition as our GPS. “We remind you to listen to your gut, it is your very own super power.”
The starfish reminds us we can heal and restore balance with time and patience. The snails said, “We highly encourage touch as a way to assist in healing. The power of connection and touch can shift the physical body which helps the mind and spirit heal too! We also bring the message of unexpected connections and unions bringing joy.”
Wishing you a joyful day friends!

Unity is a way to thrive
Mother Nature started with a dark intimate and romantic pre sunrise. With the heavy layer of clouds, it was quiet and extra serene. When I’m at the beach with my feet in the water, I ask,”Show me what is next.” Or, “Show me a sign to share.” It was at that moment I saw a massive purple angel in the clouds to the north. I was instantly filled with a sense of support and peace.
As the sun started to come up the morning came to life with so many birds! It was really fun to watch the color show change from romantic and sweet to sultry and intense.
Everyone was present for the sunrise, an osprey, sandpipers, ruddy turnstones, willets, of course the flock of seagulls, pelican highway and skimmers too! At one point a wave of skimmers and seagulls came flying by with a whoosh! The skimmers also joined the traffic on Pelican Highway, such a fun morning with so many feathered friends.
We have a few messages today. Skimmers are able to change directions very quickly and without warning. They said, “Be flexible and open to change, expect the unexpected and roll with the flow of energy.”
We have a storm on the way, so all the birds were working together to grab snacks before hunkering down. They merged seagull street, skimmer street and pelican highway as a way to work together. They said, “Teamwork is necessary for survival. We flock together for safety and warmth but also to conserve energy in flight by drafting off each other. Unity is our way to thrive.”
Wishing you a Beautiful day friends!

Joy is contagious
Mother Nature bought us a 360 degree sunrise experience. With breathtaking pink reflections to the northwest and heart expanding fall refections to the east, the sunrise was truly a masterpiece. The breeze was blowing bringing cooler temperatures.
The flock of seagulls flew in before the sun came up looking like the graceful bird ballet with hearts open.
The osprey from yesterday came back for more snacks and to bring us our message again today. When she came up with her fish on the first dive she gave herself a good shake and readjusted her fish before flying north. She said, “Sometimes I have to adjust mid flight, to be comfortable. Not to worry, if you have to adapt to a situation, it’s all part of the experience.”
Then she turned around and flew by going south showing off her catch of the day, saying,”It’s important to celebrate our wins. Don’t be shy about expressing your excitement. Joy is contagious! Take time to acknowledge the wins of each other too. Celebrations create momentum and positive shifts. When you share it with your flock it grows exponentially!”
Wishing you a celebratory day!

Speaking At the Hub this saturday
Thank you to all who asked for me to speak on a weekend and at night.

It's FREE! The talk is in the main lobby of The Hub which seats about 100 people.
Commit regardless of outcome
It was a wildlife kind of sunrise starting with a an armadillo, a frog and a couple doves on the way to the beach. The flock of seagulls flew in at their normal time feeling chatty and frisky. Along with the seagulls, a flock of sand pipers and ruddy turnstones joined in the fun.
A ruddy turnstone, aka, Rootie Tootie was enjoying a bath with the seagulls. When she flew out of the water she looked like an angel, reminding us to spread our wings and open our hearts.
The ocean was calm except for the perfect waves rolling into shore. Everyone wanted to be in the waves today, fish, a couple sharks and a female osprey grabbing snacks. The female osprey brings us the message today.
She said, “Taking risks is part of life. I don’t always catch my goal when I dive, but I know I have to commit regardless of the outcome. The experience is the most important part of the dive, and making a splash is really fun! The trick for me is I give myself a good shake after each dive so I am ready to go again. I also know if I wait too long between dives, any fear I have can grow, so I stay focused on the moment and keep diving.”
Wishing you a beautiful day friends!

Be Fluid says the stingray
It was a moody blues kind of sunrise. With rain last night, the clouds were still hanging overhead keeping the sun hidden.
While waiting for the light to come a beautiful stingray came to hang out. She seemed to be enjoying the gentle waves rolling over her while looking for breakfast.
She brings the message of going with the flow, trusting our instincts to follow our inner compass. She said, “I’m only aggressive when threatened, otherwise I’m peaceful and graceful, flowing through the day with fluidity.”
I’m embracing my inner stingray today, going with the flow today and just posting the video rather than dark and bluesy images.
Wishing you a day in the flow!
Release attachments
As I walked to the beach it was still very dark from the low hanging moody blues clouds. Before the sun came up Mother Nature added a breathtaking splash of pink ribbons in the clouds. The clouds were even hugging the moon giving us a cozy feeling to the morning.
One legger and her flock of seagulls flew in and really want to connect. I mentioned to them how dark the sunrise was and that I needed help to capture the beauty. They said, “Ah, it’s best to release any attachment to an outcome. Let yourself rise above any issues to get a new perspective.”
“You see, things can show up even better than expected when we don’t have any limitations on the situation. As you relax and let it unfold, your wings and heart can open and enjoy the moment.”
Wishing you a beautiful day friends!

Tales from the Lagoon~ Saturday Party!
Tales from the Lagoon ~ Episode- Saturday Party!
The dolphins were in a very playful mood today. 3 dolphin came in for a couple hours to grab snacks and relax. One of the dolphin would chase the fish into the docks then the other two would come in from each side and grab a fish. Then they would chill, relax, roll over on their side and just hang.
Later 2 dolphin came in and they were in a very playful mood. they played with a mangrove seed for 30 minutes. The seeds are shaped like a stick and make for a great game of catch, well, really toss into the air, catch it, repeat several times while giggling infectiously.
These two were coming into the shallows to catch snacks in between playing with mangrove seeds and each other. They were full of play and levity, a nice evening for sure!
Stay tuned for more tales!

Keep swimming
Mother Nature used her wispy paint brush with the clouds, stretching them out in long soft strokes. The ocean was calm with small waves rolling toward shore. The temperature of the air was cooler than the ocean and felt refreshing.
As I was taking in the pre sunrise pink and purple glow, a small shark came swimming by in the shallows looking for breakfast. She was very focused on finding snacks bringing us the message of avoid distractions and staying the course.
She went on to say, “I’m here to remind you opportunities are all around, all you have to do is keep swimming and be ready to take action. Use your sensitivity and emotions to guide you. You know in your bones it will all work out.”
Wishing you a beautiful day friends!
I’m speaking at the Hub on October 30, sharing my journey and stories about the dolphin. It’s free!
Rest until you feel ready
Another beautiful day in paradise with sweet colors and soft wispy clouds soaking up the color show. The breeze was light and ocean was calm for the first time in weeks adding to the serenity of the morning.
The huge harvest moon was high in sky unencumbered by the clouds and shining bright. The flock of seagulls flew in their usual fashion, wings spread and hearts open.
So many messages today from the moon, the flock and even a skate. The energy of the moon is still quite palpable encouraging us to surrender the old so we can bring in the new.
A few gulls in the flock said, “We recommend supporting each other, sure we squabble, but in the end we need each other to survive.”
They all hit the water for bath time, leaning into the incoming waves which washed away the bugs. They agreed with the moon, let those pesky bugs go! You’ll love how you feel.”
A skate swam up to say, “Be curious and inquisitive. It’s fun to explore and see what experiences may show up. Like a stingray, I can camouflage myself if I get scared. You can as well, if you feel uncertain, take time to rest until you feel comfortable to move forward again."
Wishing you a beautiful day friends!
The slightest shift brings new info
Holy Pink Explosion!
I must have said WOW a hundred times. My favorite day of the month when the moon is setting as the sun comes up to greet the day. It was one of those heart expanding, spectacular sunrises that touched all the senses.
The breeze and ocean added to the feeling of vitality in the air. When the flock of seagulls flew in from the ocean they came in hot, banking on their side, changing directions often and fast!
As they screeched by they said, “We love the wind! It’s fun and gives us the assist we need to change directions quickly. You see, just the slightest shift can give us a different perspective and new information.”
The full moon added, “When the moon is full it can illuminate things that were previously hidden from us. Use the power of this moon to see old patterns, beliefs and relationships that no longer support your highest good."
Wishing you a day filled with illumination!
Tales from the lagoon~ Reunited
Tales from the Lagoon~ Episode- Reunited and It Feels So Good!
After several weeks of not connecting with the dolphins the last couple days have been fun to reunite and connect. Today, two dolphin I know well, came in for several hours grabbing fish and just hanging. In between catching fish they would rest, sometimes rolling over on their side or share a little affection.
They were catching all kinds of different fish too. A young shark and several stingrays and a couple skates were hanging with the fish in the shallows. A couple pelicans came in for a quick bites but left the party early.
Along with the dolphins and fish, Skylar the resident osprey, was active as well. The osprey I call Dot (she has 2 brown dots on her chest) stopped by to watch the dolphins stir up the fish. Today, Skylar, “allowed” Dot to share the lagoon, other days she chases her away, screaming, “Get off my lawn!”
Stay tuned for more tales!

The speed is just right
Another fall weather kind of sunrise with a refreshing wind and a rich color show. The color show started with a deep pink changing to lavender and finally blueberry before the sun came up to add a splash of orange and golden rays of light.
We have a theme today about pace and timing from the flock of seagulls ,a shark and the wind. As the flock flew in from the south in front of the speed limit sign they said, “Trusting the pace is necessary. We know sometimes we feel limits are imposed on how fast we can go, but then the wind comes and carries us fast and far without much effort. Not to worry, the speed of your journey is just right.”
A shark grabbing breakfast swam by with beauty and grace saying, “I’m a sensitive Being. I use my instincts to know when to take action. I sniff out opportunities and when the timing feels inspiring I go for it. I always feel energized when I follow my inspiration.”
Wishing you a day feeling inspired!

Survey before action
A windy and refreshing sunrise with more fall colors to start the day. The clouds on the horizon added to the drama, creating a golden layered cake made from the rays of the sun. The vibe of the morning was powerful with the churning ocean and low light.
The flock of seagulls flew in after the sunrise for a quick hello before heading south. Pelican Highway was active today as well, they were staying off shore and high in the sky using the wind to carry them to their destination.
Several osprey were on the same flight pattern, flying above the shoreline in 3 minute intervals, surveying for breakfast. They said, “We bring the message of taking time to survey our options before taking action. Especially when the waves are rough, we might take a few extra minutes to aim before taking action. We trust our instincts will tell us when to take action so we don’t get stuck in inaction.”
Wishing you a beautiful day friends!
Tune in, stay in sync
Fall is visiting for the day here in sunny Florida bringing us a little cool touch to the wind. The ocean was warmer than the air and felt like an inviting hot tub as the waves rolled in.
So many colors too! The contrast of the emerald green waves and lavender and pink sky was truly breathtaking. The wind was blowing the tops of the waves creating what I call Florida Snow glistening in the air.
Piper and her flock flew in to grab snacks and bring us the message of the day. As she was running by she said, “We know if we tune into each other we can enhance our synchronicity.
By listening and being aware of our flock-mates we are able to be more efficient, and the teamwork is super fun!"
On the way off the beach, a vulture flew overhead saying, “Be resourceful about pursuing the current opportunities available to you. "
"Go ahead, color outside the lines to reach your goal, especially if it supports your higher consciousness and heart. Use your past experiences to help you navigate decisions going forward and be assured you are finding your way.”
Wishing you a beautiful day friends!
Tune into to each other to be in sync
Stay open despite past hurts
It was a beautiful fall sunrise with a vibrant orange, pink and golden glow. Pelican Highway was jamming, flying fast southbound with the assistance of the breeze and the waves.
Some seagulls were already waiting when I arrived, but most of them flew in after the sun came up. Their feathers were catching the soft pink light.
“When we get grumpy or scared we can be aggressive and hurt each other. It’s part of our survival instincts. Despite the hurts along the way, we continue to flock together, keeping our hearts open. We get it, it’s normal to want to close up in an attempt to avoid getting hurt. We’ve found forgiving ourselves and each other helps our hearts stay open to receiving the abundance of joy. The more joy we have the lighter we feel making life more fun!”
Wishing you a day feeling light and joyful!

Know when to let go
Another beautiful day in paradise with a lovely hint of fall in the air with a nice breeze and rich orange and pink colors. The ocean temperature is still warm and inviting.
So many birds today! The flock of seagulls, Pelican Highway and Piper and her crew came to play, have breakfast and watch the sunrise.
Piper was digging deep to grab her breakfast. She said, “Sometimes we have to dig deep to get to the root of the matter. Not to worry, the reward is totally worth the work.”
2 seagulls were in a high speed chase over a fish. After several minutes the gull with a fish dropped it saying, “It’s important to know when to let go and not put ourselves in harms way. In the bird world if we hang on too long, the bird in pursuit can bite our legs. We have to use our better judgement to know when it is best to hang on and when to let go. Sure we want the fish, but not at the expense of our well being.”
Wishing you a groovy day friends!

Be the beacon of hope
Another stunning sunrise with huge storm clouds and breathtaking reflections in the wet sand. Mother Nature used every crayon in the box, with fifty shades of grey, a slice of pink and rainbow to the north. On the horizon, a buttery golden color mixed with rain pouring from the clouds as the sun came up to greet the day.
The flock of seagulls flew in with the dramatic clouds in the background while Pelican Highway cruised southbound. The traffic on the highway was heavy today, flying in large groups in perfect alignment.
Our message comes from the rainbow and the lighthouse, both universal symbols of hope. They are powerful messengers bringing us the reminder to keep the faith.
They represent the promise of things to come, luck, new beginnings, communication, safety and peace. The lighthouse takes the message to the next level, asking us to shine our light and be the beacon for others.
Wishing you a beautiful day friends!
