Finding your inner Peter pan
On my way to the beach, it was still dark when I met a large toad having a zen moment staring at a light. He seemed to be in a deep trance so I decided not to interrupt him with a kiss.
A thick and damp layer of fog hovering above the shore brought a peaceful stillness. The color show started out muted but when the sun came up the golden orange color show filled the sky.
As I stood in the waves waiting for the sunrise I was joined by a large stingray enjoying a massage from the waves.
The frog and stingray bring us a combo message. The frog reminds us to remember the magic of childhood when we could imagine a variety of mystical and creative adventures. He said, “I’m a reminder to be open to magic, good luck and fortune of all kinds.”
The frog and the stingray agree that sometimes blending in is important too. Trust you will know when to become a part of your environment and when to hop and glide forward. Your sensitivity is a great tool to know which way to go in the moment.
Wishing you a magical day friends!

Take another step forward
There was a moist layer of salty fog hanging over the beach giving the morning a cozy vibe. The air was still and warm as the flock of seagulls flew in showing off their beautiful reflections in the wet sand.
I said to them I was feeling the effects of the full (blue) moon coming this weekend. They said, “Come splash around in the the water with us, that will help you feel better.”
They were right, it totally shifted my mood. Like usual, they were flying around with their chest out and arms open saying, “Lead with your heart, your love and intuition will always guide in the right direction.”
One of the young seagulls took me under her wing and said, “I find it best to give myself a good stretch by spreading my wings then take another step forward. One step at a time is to reach your goal.”
Wishing you a beautiful day friends!
Reflections of the flock
Stretch and take another step forward, you got this!

Gratitude for our scars
Rays of pink light jetted high into the sky as I walked to the beach. As my feet hit the soft sand my body relaxed instantly. The sound of the waves rolling in and the sea oats soaking up the pink light was breathtaking.
While waiting fo the sun, Hook the seagull flew in without the flock, circled a few times then landed to hang out. He's one of those birds who likes to engage, has a bold and strong personality.
He can fly circles around the flock and never seems to get tired so I took this opportunity to ask, “You inspire me, I wish I felt as strong as you, what’s your secret to being so perky and resilient?”
He said, “I take time each day for self care, pulling off the old feathers that weigh me down. As he hopped around on the wet sand, he went on, “I stay focused on my strengths. You see my hooked leg has given me the opportunity to become an even better flyer.
My leg reminds me I have lived and experienced life, isn’t that grand? When I feel sad or overwhelmed I switch to gratitude for my wings and my beautiful reflection.”
Wishing you beautiful day friends!
Hold onto your faith
What a magical morning! High in the sky as the sun was coming up to greet the day a tiny rainbow showed up in the soft fluffy clouds. As the sun broke free, the rainbow grew into a full half circle shining bright.
All the birds wanted to play in the joyful energy of the rainbow. Pelican Highway was high in the sky riding the rainbow ridge while the flock stayed low bringing us the message of opening our hearts to the magic, hope and beauty all around.
Rainbows are are universal, unifying us by speaking directly to our hearts with a message of hope. Rainbows ask us to hold on to our faith. They encourage us to celebrate the beauty that surrounds us while embracing fresh beginnings and the promise of abundance.
Wishing you a magical day friends!
Hang In place for a better view
As I stepped on the beach I noticed the wind blowing pink cotton candy clouds along the horizon. The wind felt warm and refreshing on my skin. Mother Nature was making textured art with ripples in the tide pools and ridges in the sand.
The flock of seagulls flew in after the sun, hanging in place for a long while before heading to the tide pools for bath time. They said, “Rather than resisting the wind we use it to our advantage to hang in place with little effort. This way we can take our time to survey the area for snacks. Star Trek was right, "Resistance is futile."
I love bath time with the flock. Watching them duck their little heads in the water together in perfect synch, or the little smile they get when lift up and give themselves a good shake. They remind us about self care. They said, “Daily bathing keeps the bugs off and keeps our immune system strong. We also highly recommend bathing with friends! Splashing around in the water together is really fun which is also good for the immune system.”
Wishing you a squeaky clean kind of day.
Spread your wings and soak up the light
Thanks to tropical storm Fred we had huge and beautiful thunder clouds rumbling on the horizon. The clouds soaked up the rainbow of colors as the sun came up to greet the day.
The tide was low adding to drama by giving us powerful reflections on the wet sand.
Lot of people were walking the beach taking in the beauty. Sunrises and sunsets are truly a great unifier, bringing people together in appreciation of the wonder.
Egrets flew in to grab breakfast in the tide pools and bring us the message. Egrets remind us to stay grounded and in the moment ready for swift action.
Two of the egrets added to the usual message. One looked like he was going to put his wing around his friend and offer a hug reminding us to hug each other when we can. He went on to say, “When you spread your wings you can catch more light. The light can help your heart feel softer and easier and it shows off how beautiful you are.”
Wishing you a day soaking up the light.
Come on buddy, we got this
Discomfort is Temporary
It was a cozy, pretty in pink start to the day. The sun stayed hidden for a long while behind the soft blanket of clouds. It eventually came out to shine bright and add more warmth to the moist breeze.
Can you believe it, we had 3 catfish trapped in the tide pool this morning. The sunrise crew helped sir lift them to the ocean.
In the process one of them swam out of the water and said, “You know that saying, "Feeling like a fish out of water? Well, it’s true, it’s uncomfortable and honestly a bit scary. The good news is the feeling was temporary as I found my back into my comfort zone in the water.”
2 skimmers flew in with the flock of seagulls. One was younger and it was obvious the older one was keeping an eye on him.
Skimmers have very cute personalities, they are shy and sweet, I’ve never seen them argue or snap at each other. My favorite part is when they talk, they sound like a dog barking.
The adult skimmer said, “I highly recommend falling deeper in love with your reflection. Go ahead, give yourself a big stretch so you can really see all your beauty.”
Wishing you a beautiful day friends!
The catfish swam out of the tide pool, she was quickly air lifted to the ocean.
Acceptance, Patience and Action
WOW, It was a dramatic sunrise with amazing cloud art and wildlife drama. The huge fluffy clouds were soaking up a rainbow of colors as they gently floated along the horizon.
Tide pools attracted all kinds of birds to grab breakfast and enjoy some much needed bath time. A catfish was trapped in the tide pool and surrounded by curious egrets.
I watched for a long while, asking the catfish for our message. She said, “I know I’m in a bit of a pickle. I’ll need patience while I wait for the tide to come in, so I can return to the ocean.
Meanwhile, I’m accepting my situation. I’m using the time to rest when those pesky egrets are not following me. When those lanky birds get on my back, I empower myself to swim after them turning the tables! It’s fun to see the birds fleeing from me. For me it’s knowing when to take action and when to just be.”
A few sunrise walkers came along and offered the catfish a lift back to the ocean. She was grateful and appreciated the kindness.
Wishing you a beautiful day friends!
Trust your intuition to guide you
It all begins with an idea.
Mother Nature was showing off today with a truly amazing sunrise. So many beautiful colors from soft pink to intense red along with sweet rays of light jetting high into the sky. The calm ocean and breeze added to the gentle heart opening vibe.
Sharks and dolphins were cruising southbound in the waves together grabbing snacks. The shallow water was crowded with stingrays looking for breakfast.
The Pelican Blue Angels were flying northbound in perfect alignment. They bring the message of linking together to harness more power. They said, “We draft off each other because strength really does come when we are together.”
A curious and pretty large stingray making a beautiful wake swam up to say hello. She said, “I’m very sensitive. I trust my feelings and intuition because they alert me to danger, keeping me safe.”
“Us stingrays are peaceful beings. We only become aggressive if threatened or stepped on, bringing the message of refraining from a reaction unless necessary.” It’s a fine art of knowing when to blend in to create peace and harmony or take action.”
Wishing you a heart opening kind of day!

Powerful manifestion
We are having a rainy start to the day, so I thought I would share a little about the upcoming new moon on August 8. (8.8)This is considered one of the luckiest days of the year! And 2 weeks later we are having a full blue moon, giving us a very powerful month for manifestation.
This particular new moon is supercharged and brings the opportunity to cultivate healing in the body, expansion of spiritual wisdom while awakening us to our true potential.
It amplifies our ability to manifest and co-create, so now is the time to start “feeling” what our heart desires. One of the keys to manifesting is to imagine what you want coming to you, then let go of the outcome and feel happy in the moment now.
Because this is a powerful time, it may bring feelings of anxiety. You may feel your nervous system feels a bit antsy like you have had a lot of caffeine.
My flippered and feathered friends said, “Take time in nature to ground and center yourself, be flexible and open to change as exciting possibilities and new opportunities come your way.”
Wishing you a wonderful week of manifesting!
