Take time for a rest stop to gain clarity
Ahhhh... with just a slight breeze and a calm ocean, the morning unfolded in perfect serenity. A chatty flock flew in early, gathering at the tide pool to get squeaky clean as the sun began to rise and greet the day.
The pink sky slowly transformed into a golden glow as the sun climbed above the cloud wall on the horizon.
Pelican Highway traffic was light stopping at a nearby rest stop for a moment of quiet.
The pelican said, “Taking time off the highway for a moment of quiet reflection gives memory energy and clarity to keep going. As you can see the channel markers are in the distance illuminating at least one of many paths I can take when I’m ready.”
