Growth is part of the journey

45 minutes before sunrise, the sky was lit up with a pink arch on the horizon, as it reflected on the wet sand it looked like a portal to walk through. About a dozen gulls were getting squeaky clean as the golden sun came up to greet the day.

After sunrise a 9 legged starfish showing off it’s tiny feet was moving back toward the water.

The starfish said, "I’m here to remind you that renewal and growth are part of the journey. If you are going through something difficult, you got this, recovery can take time, I highly recommend being gentle with yourself."
