Gratitude

If you are just tuning in and didn’t know how I became a photographer…

Ten years ago today, my husband Roy passed away suddenly.

The following year, in 2017, he came to me in a dream and said,

“Come on, I’m taking you shopping. I want you to have a Canon professional camera.”

Becoming a photographer wasn’t even on my radar before that dream. But that camera changed everything. It led me to the lagoon… to the dolphins, the birds, the sunrises… and eventually to all of you.

If the photos, the dolphins, the birds, or the sunrises speak to you, please take a moment to send Roy Desjarlais a moment of gratitude. His visit in that dream set this whole journey in motion and helped create this beautiful pod we share today — people from all over coming together, connecting through nature.

Thank you for your love, encouragement, and support through the years. Today I am grateful for Roy, for all of you, and for the support of Mother Nature.

Wishing you a beautiful day friends!
